These Store Terms apply to orders placed through Hug the Patriarchy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

What we sell

We sell 4 × 4-inch weatherproof vinyl Hug the Patriarchy stickers with standard adhesive. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The $2 bulk price applies to orders of 50 or more stickers, as shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or availability errors and may cancel and refund an affected order.

Orders and payment

Your order is submitted when you complete checkout. We may decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment received for it.

Card payments are charged through Stripe when you place the order. If you choose Venmo, we save the order so we can match your payment, but the order remains awaiting payment until the total is sent to @HugthePatriarchy and matched to the order. We may cancel unpaid Venmo orders.

Shipping

We will show any applicable shipping information at checkout. If no different timeframe is stated, we expect to ship within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order and payment authorization. Carrier delivery times after shipment are estimates, not guarantees.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will contact you with the delay and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund.

Cancellations, refunds, and replacements

You may request cancellation by emailing [email protected] with your order details before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged or we send the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and, when helpful, a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Venmo refunds may require additional instructions so we can return the payment safely.

Site content and outside links

The Hug the Patriarchy name, designs, text, images, and other site content belong to Hug the Patriarchy or their respective owners. You may view and share links to the site for personal, noncommercial purposes, but you may not copy, sell, or modify site content without permission.

We link to third-party sites and resources for convenience. Their content, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties and may be governed by their own terms.

We may update these terms when our store or practices change. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to [email protected].
